Text Messaging Terms

Parkline booking texts · Effective September 11, 2026

Parkline sends booking text messages on behalf of the family entertainment center you called. When you book or ask about a party by phone, you can agree to receive texts at your mobile number with your deposit link, booking confirmation and reminders.

Message frequency: usually 3 to 5 messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of booking.

How you opt in

You opt in by voice, during a phone call with a park that uses Parkline. After you give your mobile number, the park's virtual team member reads it back and asks:

"Before I text you: this is [park name], and we use Parkline to send our booking messages. I'd like to send you text messages at [your number] with your deposit link and reminders about your party, usually three to five messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to stop them. Is that okay?"

Texts are sent only if you say yes. If you decline, you receive nothing by text and the park will use email or the phone instead. Calls are recorded, and the recording is kept as the record of your consent. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number for marketing, and we never send marketing texts.

What you will receive

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message. You will get one confirmation text and nothing further from that park. Stopping texts does not cancel your booking; the park can still reach you by phone or email. To opt back in, reply START.

Help

Reply HELP to any message, call the park directly, or email hello@parklineai.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Park staff

Managers and staff at participating parks receive one-time sign-in codes and same-day booking approval requests by text. They are enrolled by their park's administrator in the Parkline console and can reply STOP at any time.
