Plain-language summary: Parkline answers the phone for family entertainment centers ("parks") and helps run their party bookings. When you call a park that uses Parkline, the call is handled by a virtual team member, the conversation is recorded and transcribed, and the details you give (your name, phone number, email, party date and headcount) are used to answer your question, book your party in the park's booking system, and send you texts and emails about that booking. We never ask for or store card numbers. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
1. Who we are
Parkline ("Parkline", "we", "us") provides a voice AI call center and booking operations service to family entertainment centers. Each park that uses Parkline (a "Park") is our customer. When we handle a call or a booking on a Park's behalf, we process personal information as a service provider to that Park; the Park decides why and how your information is used. This policy explains what Parkline does with information in both roles: as a service provider to Parks, and as the operator of getparkline.com and the Parkline console.
Call content. Audio recordings, transcripts and an automated summary of the call, including the language you spoke.
Contact and booking details you provide. Name, phone number, email address, event date and time, number of guests, ages, package and add-on choices, allergies or special notes, and any callback request.
Caller identifiers. The phone number you called from and the Park's number you called.
Messages. Text messages and emails sent to you about a booking and any replies you send (for example "C" to confirm a headcount, or "Y" / "N" from a Park manager approving a request).
When you use the Parkline console (Park staff)
Name, mobile number, email address, role and the Parks you may access.
Sign-in codes sent by text, session tokens, and an audit log of actions taken in the console.
When you visit getparkline.com
Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested). The public site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The console stores a sign-in session in your browser.
What we do not collect
Parkline never collects, stores, repeats or transmits payment card numbers, card security codes or bank details. Payments are made only through secure payment links generated by the Park's booking system. If a caller begins to read out a card number, the virtual team member interrupts and redirects them to the payment link.
3. How we use information
To answer questions and hold, book, change or cancel a party or group visit in the Park's booking system.
To send booking-related texts and emails: deposit links, confirmations, reminders, waiver reminders, headcount confirmation, arrival instructions and changes.
To route calls and requests to Park staff, including transferring calls, texting managers about approvals or escalations, and creating follow-up tasks.
To prepare the Park's daily operations documents, such as the next day's party run sheet.
To review call quality and improve the service, including reviewing transcripts and recordings.
To secure the service, prevent abuse, keep an audit trail of bookings and messages, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information and we do not use call content for advertising.
4. Call recording and AI disclosure
Calls handled by Parkline are answered by an automated virtual team member and may be recorded and transcribed. Where a Park has enabled recording, the greeting includes a recording notice. Recordings and transcripts are used for the purposes in Section 3 and are kept for the period described in Section 7. If you do not wish to be recorded, you may ask to be transferred to a person or contact the Park directly.
5. Text messages (SMS)
By providing your mobile number to a Park during a call, you agree to receive booking-related text messages from that Park through Parkline (for example deposit links, confirmations and reminders). Message frequency depends on your booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts; reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not cancel your booking, and the Park may still contact you by phone or email about it. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Who we share information with
The Park you called. Bookings, call summaries, recordings, transcripts, tasks and messages are visible to authorized staff of that Park in the Parkline console and in the Park's booking system.
Service providers that process information on our behalf under contract: the Park's booking platform (ROLLER), telephony and messaging (Twilio, Retell), email delivery (Twilio SendGrid), team notifications (Slack, when a Park enables it), and cloud hosting and database services. Our AI voice provider uses large language models to conduct the conversation; call content is processed for that purpose and is not used by Parkline to train models.
Legal. When required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights, safety or property of Parkline, a Park or others.
Business transfers. If Parkline is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction under this policy.
Information belonging to one Park is never visible to another Park.
7. Retention
Call transcripts and recordings are retained for the period set by each Park (by default 90 days), then deleted.
Booking records, messages and the audit log are retained while the Park is a Parkline customer and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, dispute resolution and legal compliance.
Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes and are purged daily. Console sessions expire after 30 days of inactivity.
8. Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) for all traffic, encrypt Park credentials and secrets at rest, sign and verify every webhook and tool request, restrict access by role and by Park, and keep an append-only audit log of bookings, messages and transfers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your information we will notify the affected Park and, where required, you.
9. Your choices and rights
Texts: reply STOP to any message to opt out.
Access, correction or deletion: contact the Park you called, or email us at hello@parklineai.com. Because we act as a service provider, we will work with the Park to respond. Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Utah or Virginia) you may have specific rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising them. We will honor those rights as required by law.
Recording: ask to speak with a person or contact the Park directly.
10. Children
Parks host children's parties, so callers often tell us the age of a child and a first name for the celebration. Parkline is used by adults booking on a child's behalf and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information directly, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Where information is processed
Parkline is operated from the United States and information is processed and stored in the United States.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
